BrazilFTI installs Sophie Lenox as inaugural legal counsel in Asia Pacific
FTI Consulting has strengthened its team with Sophie Lenox, who becomes the firm’s first legal counsel in the Asia Pacific region.
Sophie Lenox brings more than fifteen years of experience as an international corporate lawyer to the global consulting firm, all of which she gained at Herbert Smith Freehills. Having joined the law firm in 2005 in London, she transferred to Singapore around four years ago.
From FTI Consulting’s base in Singapore, Lenox will provide advisory services on a wide range of legal matters, both to the firm’s internal teams as well as clients and facing teams.
Lenox’s track record includes advising clients on topics such as cross-border merger & acquisitions, financial transactions, joint venture arrangements and corporate governance issues. She has worked for clients in multiple jurisdictions across Asia, the United Kingdom and Europe.
