BrazilRedhill promotes record number of staff following 50% growth
Following the best year in its eight-year history, Redhill has promoted a record number of professionals at its annual new year promotion round.
Founded in 2014, Redhill is a professional services group specialised in communication, branding and public relation services. The Singapore-headquartered firm works for clients across sectors (mainly in Southeast Asia but also globally), staffing its engagements through over a dozen offices in the region as well as a few in the Middle East, Europe and the United States.
Having already hired close to 60 new employees in 2021, lifting its headcount to over 120 employees, Redhill has now promoted 18 company members to their next career level. “2021 was a stellar year for the firm,” said Pranav Rastogi, Managing Director at Redhill.
“We grew our fee income by almost 50% as we managed to sign on key clients across verticals such as travel & hospitality, healthcare & pharma, luxury & lifestyle, food & beverage, banking & finance, fintech & crypto, government, technology and venture capital.”

The news come shortly after Redhill promoted the duo Charu Srivastava and Pavan Sahu to Deputy Managing Director.
