AlixPartners promotes Stephen Yu to Managing Director
AlixPartners has effective 1 January 2022 promoted Shanghai-based Stephen Yu to Managing Director.
Stephen Yu has been with the global management consulting firm since 2012, focusing on digital forensics, electronic discovery, data analytics and information governance. He is a senior member of the Investigations, Disputes and Risk practice, and leads AlixPartners’ digital forensics and discovery offerings across Asia Pacific.
During his career 20+ career, Yu has gained significant experience in helping large Chinese companies and state-owned enterprises involved in foreign transactions with resolving legal issues in foreign jurisdictions.
Yu specialises in helping clients with using the power of technology to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of anti-corruption programs, fraud investigations as well as dispute matters.
He graduated from the University of New South Wales with a Bachelor of Engineering and is a Relativity Certified Administrator and an EnCase Certified Examiner.
