He also has extensive experience working on compliance and regulatory matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and has helped several global and local clients set strong compliance frameworks, including performing fraud risk assessments and data analytics to minimise risk.

“We are excited to welcome Saket to our team. He is bolstering our service offerings in Singapore and the wider ASEAN region at the perfect time. His years of experience will be key to helping our clients manage a rising tide of new and complex challenges, which is not unexpected given the fast growth in investments in the region,” said Reshmi Khurana, Head of Southeast Asia, Forensic Investigations and Intelligence at Kroll.

Bhartia commented: “During a crisis or while managing complex problems, clients are looking at firms who can immediately partner with them, have specialists in their team, use technology efficiently and most importantly, are conflict free. Kroll ticks all the boxes and with a sizable and rapidly growing Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice globally, Kroll, is uniquely positioned to help clients.”
