Saket Bhartia joins Kroll as a managing director in Singapore

Global management consulting firm Kroll has welcomed Saket Bhartia to its team in Singapore.

Appointed a Managing Director, Bhartia is part of the firm’s Forensic Investigations and Intelligence practice, specialising in forensic advisory and technology work. He brings more than two decades of experience helping executives, legal counsels, ethics and compliance heads manage a wide range of regulatory and compliance issues.

Prior to joining Kroll, Bhartia served as an Associate Partner, Forensic & Integrity Services at EY where he assisted clients with financial, bribery, corruption, code of conduct, and supply chain investigations.

Earlier in his career, Bhartia held global roles at Capgemini and Hewlett Packard where he worked on projects relating to Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) implementation and assessments, performed internal audits and set up internal control frameworks for clients.

He also has extensive experience working on compliance and regulatory matters related to the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act (FCPA) and the UK Bribery Act (UKBA) and has helped several global and local clients set strong compliance frameworks, including performing fraud risk assessments and data analytics to minimise risk.
