Willis Towers Watson names Clare Muhiudeen as Head of Asia

Willis Towers Watson has appointed a new leader for its Asia division: Clare Muhiudeen.

Based in Hong Kong, Clare Muhiudeen will lead Willis Towers Watson’s more than fifteen offices in the region. She succeeds Scott Burnett, who is currently transitioning from the regional Asia director role into his new position as Chief Commercial Officer for the Risk & Broking division.

Muhiudeen brings more than 30-years of experience in human capital consulting to the role, serving clients and leading teams across various international markets including Asia Pacific, Europe, the Middle East, and Latin America.

Most recently, she was the international leader of the company’s Human Capital & Benefits segment and has worked with multinational companies in a range of sectors, including engineering, airlines, luxury brands, telecommunications, professional services and many more. Earlier in her career at the firm, she led the Talent & Rewards service line across the Asia Pacific.
