Benedict Eoon, Jerald Foo and Priscilla Lua join Oon & Bazul
Singapore-based law firm Oon & Bazul has appointed three new partners in its Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice: Benedict Eoon, Jerald Foo and Priscilla Lua.
The firm’s Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice (the largest practice group within Oon & Bazul) helps clients with working towards a (negotiated) settlement or a resolution of a dispute, either within or outside the courts.

Benedict Eoon joined Oon & Bazul from a Big Four law firm, where he was an Associate Director. His areas of practice include company law, equity and trust, shareholders’ disputes, insurance, and breach of fiduciary duties of agents and directors. Benedict has been involved in several high-profile and landmark matters, and specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration, white-collar crime and investigations.
His clients include multinational corporations, government-linked institutions, small and medium enterprises and high net worth individuals.
Jerald Foo specialises in commercial litigation, arbitration and mediation, having experience of complex commercial disputes both as a practitioner and as a former judicial officer. His areas of practice include cross-border disputes, company law, banking law, equity and trust, joint venture and shareholder disputes, restructuring and insolvency, fraud and asset recovery, employment, international trade, oil and gas.
Foo started his legal career as a Justices' Law Clerk in the Supreme Court of Singapore, before he was appointed an Assistant Registrar of the Supreme Court. He subsequently practised law at a local Big Four firm and a UK magic circle firm, prior to joining Oon & Bazul.
Priscilla Lua joined Oon & Bazul from a magic circle firm, where she worked for six years in its Singapore and London offices. She specialises in international arbitration and commercial litigation, and has an active practice spanning a number of areas including projects & infrastructure, construction, oil & gas, shareholder (and company law) disputes, joint venture disputes, and employment.
Lua’s track record includes working for multinational companies in the construction, power, and oil & gas sectors, as well as for banks and financial institutions.
