PrimeGlobal, the globe’s fourth largest accountancy-origin association, is punching above its weight in China following the addition of China-based major Zhongxinghua to its network.

With over 2,700 accountants, tax professionals and advisors, including 130 partners, Zhongxinghua is one of China’s largest professional services firms. Headquartered in Bejing, Zhongxinghua operates with 32 offices throughout China.

The firm provides audit, tax, accountancy, management consultancy and corporate recovery services to state-owned enterprises and private sector businesses, with a focus on clients in the communication, machinery, coal, construction and animal husbandry sectors.

PrimeGlobal leapfrogs rivals in China with Zhongxinghua

“We are thrilled to welcome Zhongxinghua to our network,” said George Guo, PrimeGlobal Asia Pacific Executive Director. “China continues to be among the world’s most dynamic and fast growing economies. Together with Zhongxinghua, we are well positioned to serve the member firm clients’ business needs in China and globally.”

According to Guo, the sheer size of Zhongxinghua will see PrimeGlobal leapfrog many of its association-based peers such as TAG Alliances, Allinial Global, IAPA International and MSI Global Alliance to become Asia Pacific’s second-largest player in the segment.

Zhongxinghua meanwhile joined PrimeGlobal’s ranks from rival accounting network Nexia International with the aim of bolstering its international footprint, said Chief Managing Partner Zunnong Li. “We chose Primeglobal because of its global diversification and highly responsive and efficient member firm support service.”

“Joining PrimeGlobal is part of our globalisation strategic initiative. We look forward to establishing new win-win cooperation with PrimeGlobal member firms worldwide,” he concluded.

The news come four months after PrimeGlobal added new member firms in China, Singapore and Pakistan.
