LanciaConsult adds seven professionals to Singapore team

Over the last three months, business and technology consultancy LanciaConsult has brought seven new professionals to its Singapore headquarters, signalling a strong start to 2021.

Fadilah Iskander, Gabriel Teo and Samuel Taylor joined Lancia’s Singapore office towards the end of last year. Iskander joined as a senior consultant, building on over half a decade of consulting experience – including more than a year at global professional services giant Accenture. Technology is her main area of expertise.

Teo is kickstarting his career, joining LanciaConsult on the back of several consulting traineeships over the course of last year. He too specialises technology and digital transformation. Taylor is a highly experienced consultant who has transferred from the firm’s London office. With prior consulting experience at Burges Salmon and MooD International, Taylor joined Lancia as a managing consultant in 2018.

Early 2021 saw the entry of Zaid Khan and Sumeet Jagtap as analysts. Both are new starters, and Jagtap is an engineer by background with experience designing an advanced electric vehicle at the National University of Singapore.

Late Ferbruary, the firm welcomed Hui Min Soo and Slevin Lau Wei Loong. Soo is an expert in human resources who joins Lancia as a recruitment specialist. Wei Loong is a highly experienced consultant with a decade of professional experience in various fields.

Having worked in the logistics, sales and distribution space, he joined Accenture as a technology consulting analyst in 2013. A six-year career that followed at the firm saw him make his way up to business & technology integration associate manager. He also has a year of entrepreneurial experience, having founded software company Deeptent.

Growth drive

The seven new additions bolster different parts of the Lancia proposition, as the firm enters a year of hope and economic recovery. The positive approach builds on a year of growth for the consulting firm in 2020, despite the pandemic and all its repercussions.

LanciaConsult launched a global marketing practice in August – spurred on by the ballooning demand for marketing in the new normal. This is in addition to two strategic partnerships in the Asia Pacific, and several new appointments and promotions through last year as well – including two new managing directors in October.
