ABN Impact rebrands as InSites Consulting Asia
Twelve months after acquiring ABN Impact, InSites Consulting has rebranded its Asian footprint as InSites Consulting.
The acquisition of ABN Impact in December last year gave Belgium-headquartered InSites Consulting a major presence in Asia. Founded in 2010, ABN Impact had since inception grown to a firm with an established track record in the region operating from offices in Singapore, Bangkok, Jakarta, Manila, Hong Kong, Shanghai and Seoul.
Following a period of dual branding (to leverage ABN Impact’s brand reputation in the market), the global marketing insight agency has now harmonised the brand, in a move that comes in the footsteps of the Join the Dots brand merger. The Belgian agency bought the UK firm in July last year, and rebranded it as InSites Consulting two months ago.
“We’re delighted to announce the rebranding of ABN Impact. Combined with our office in Australia, we now have a unified brand across Asia-Pacific, which not only our clients but also our employees can benefit from,” said Kristof De Wulf, CEO at InSites Consulting.
Maz Amirahmadi, Managing Director Asia at InSites Consulting said the firm has diligently prepared for the rebranding, informing its clients, employees and relations along the way. “We are now excited to rebrand fully to InSites Consulting Asia.”
He added that the firm has been able to reap the benefits from the joining of forces. “We’ve benefitted greatly in the last year by having access to leading-edge technologies like the Square, the agile community platform, the global research toolkit and digital research capabilities. Our goal is to expand and embed best practices across the region.”
Investor-backed InSites Consulting is home to 500+ people worldwide, generating €65 million+ in revenues from 17 offices on five continents.
