Cloud consultancy Versent adds four seniors to Singapore team

Australian cloud consultancy Versent has added four new professionals to its team in Singapore.

Krishna Rajendram joins Versent from Big Four giant PwC, where he was leading a team in developing and implementing go-to-market strategies and reviewing delivery, commercial and engagement structures across Southeast Asia and Australia.

Before that, he worked at IBM where he was a customer-facing project and delivery manager. At Versent, he is a Director and focuses on cloud consulting services to banking customers in Singapore. 

Jim Hampton has been appointed Director, and takes responsibility for Versent’s largest account in Singapore: Prudential. He joined the firm from IBM, where he worked for 23 years.

His last 15 years at IBM has been in leadership roles in its financial services arm, with a focus on selling and delivering digital products and services in the banking and insurance markets of China, Japan and Southeast Asia.

Csaba Muha has been appointed a Principal Consultant in the firm’s agile digital transformation practice. Muha’s previous role was at Experian, where he led the Southeast Asian agile delivery practice for decision analytics implementation engagements. Muha has also led retail banking digital projects for Misys Financial Systems.

Richard Kang has been named a Principal Cloud Engineer. He brings years of experience in IT and cloud migrations to the cloud consultancy, gained at Goldman Sachs and Barclays Capital. Prior to Versent, Kang was with Amazon Web Services where he was working as a Solution Architect. 

Versent launched in Singapore in 2017 and currently has a team of 30 employees. In the country, the firm focuses on the financial services industry, with a primary focus on helping banks, insurers and asset managers adopt public cloud on the AWS infrastructure. 

Across its six offices internationally (four of which are in Australia), Versent has over 350 employees.
