The GHRSC Associate is responsible for supporting the daily operational aspects of the programs, policies, and processes of FTI's key HR transactions including new hires, terminations, employment status/job data changes, benefits processes, and the data integrity of the HR systems.
What you'll do
- Provide first-level support to employees, HR Business Partners and managers on daily inquiries and transactional requests leveraging ServiceNow (case management tool)
- Support employee lifecycle transactional processing from hire through retire for global employee base
- Provide end-to-end onboarding and offboarding support
- Responsible for system support and troubleshooting, including automated onboarding system, leave management tool, time recording system, performance appraisal system, eLearning management system
- Provide support for other HR programs/processes including but not limited to Contractors, Benefits, Supplemental Payment, Leave of Absence, Immigration/Visa, Employee Verification, Background checks, Probation, Invoice processing, Vendors
- Create documentation for job data changes, maintain Human Resource Information System records. Maintain HR records in document management system, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality
- Deliver regular and ad-hoc reporting across all HR systems as requested by the business
- Provide analytical support for compliance auditing efforts
- Maintain compliance with company policies, as well as local regulations concerning employment
- Responsible for documenting process changes, as well as creating and maintaining Knowledge Articles for global processes
- Contribute to and maintains HR information knowledge base, to include FAQs, quick reference guides, knowledge articles and operations manuals
- Co-lead small to medium HR projects and oversees related change management
- Provide support to recurring ad hoc processes and projects
- The successful candidate will be required to travel to FTI offices.
Basic Qualifications:
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University
- At least 2 years of experience working in a professional office setting preferably with exposure to HR processes
- Demonstrated ability in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience across multiple HR functions including HR operations, benefits, compensation, talent development and recruiting a plus
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Superior time management and organizational skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Demonstrates team player skills
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM Software (e.g. ServiceNow), HCM Software (e.g. PeopleSoft), SAP, Learning Management System (e.g. SABA), Onboarding platforms (e.g. SuccessFactors Onboarding), Performance Management system (e.g. Career Navigator), Leave Management system (e.g. TeamSeer) is a plus
- Experience troubleshooting across multiple platforms/systems - demonstrated technical ability
- Continuous improvement mindset and a passion for measuring results through data and metrics a must
- Ability to multitask in a highly dynamic environment and manage own work to meet deadlines
- Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability according to the changing needs and priorities of the organization
- Ability to handle multiple ranges of tasks, projects and deliverables with wide latitude for independent judgment and initiative
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot tables, etc.)
