Overview: We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with expertise in IMOS to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between business needs and technological solutions, with a focus on optimizing manufacturing operations through the effective utilization of IMOS software.
Responsibilities:
- Requirement Gathering: Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather and document business requirements related to manufacturing processes and operations.
- System Analysis: Analyze existing manufacturing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization through the implementation of IMOS solutions.
- IMOS Implementation: Lead or support the implementation of IMOS software solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration with existing systems.
- Process Optimization: Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement optimized manufacturing processes leveraging IMOS capabilities.
- Data Analysis: Utilize IMOS data to generate insights and make data-driven recommendations for improving operational efficiency, quality, and productivity.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of IMOS functionalities and features.
- Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of IMOS configurations, processes, and procedures.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to manufacturing operations and IMOS technology, and proactively identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a manufacturing environment, with specific experience in IMOS implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and operations.
- Proficiency in IMOS software, including configuration, customization, and administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Project management skills and experience managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
