Key Responsibilities
1. Handle daily multi-countries invoice processing payments and settlements for external parties and for Asia offices
2. Review employees' expense claims and arrange reimbursement payments
3. Being involved in arranging funding in/out with inter-companies
4. Perform daily cash management duties, including recording of bank deposits and posting to the accounts receivable sub-ledger, arranging funding in/out with inter-companies
5. Communicate with business practices for outstanding accounts receivables and support collections when necessary
6. Assist in bank guarantee co-ordination
7. Assist in bank administration matters and updates to banks' records
8. Assist in overview bank account issues and work with the banks to resolve
9. Liaise with the US Treasury team for payments and bank platform-related issues
10. Assist in providing supporting docs for audit and SOX purposes
11. Run reports from accounting and supporting systems as per request and handle inquiries from business units
12. Under the guidance of Assistant Manager, work with the project support team to resolve issues for the ERP platform in Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable areas
13. Being involved in ad-hoc tasks assigned and provide supports to the Finance department when necessary
Key Requirements
1. Degree holder majoring in Accountancy is preferred
2. 3 years of accounting experience.
3. Strong sense of commitment, self-motivated and well organized
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills with proficiency in Chinese and English
5. Ability to work under pressure and willing to learn
6. Proficient in MS Office
7. MNC/Regional operating experience is preferred but not essential
