About the Role
We leverage our extensive experience in financial planning and analysis to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and sound financial planning. You will work with the team to provide data analysis and financial insights to the business leaders for decision-making and planning.
What You'll Do
• Prepare monthly financial report and analyze the financial data
• Assist the Finance Director to prepare the budget and quarterly forecast
• Develop PowerBI reporting module to visualize our financial reports
• Participate in deep analyze on existing business and potential investment opportunities
• Perform analytical reviews on financial results
• Prepare quarterly financial reporting for the U.S head office
• Prepare balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules
• Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
How You'll Grow
This is a great opportunity for a person with at least 2 years of related work experience to join and work closely with the Regional FP&A team in Hong Kong. The candidate will work closely with business segments and other offices in the world.
Basic Qualifications
• Degree holder majoring in Finance / Accounting / Economics / Mathematics.
• Ideally 2 years of relevant FP&A / Accounting experiences.
• Ex perience working in regional finance team in MNC is highly preferred.
• High proficiency in Excel and knowledge in Macro/SQL or PowerBI would be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to handle large volume of data.
• Strong logical thinking with an investigative mindset.
• Good written skills in English and communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
