If so, we want you to join our Dream Team to: 

  • Work with and be mentored by a group of consultants with deep practitioner experience as CFOs, Head of Global Finance Shared Services 
  • Recommend process improvements and design robust to-be processes based on your understanding of Finance Best Practices 
  • Project manage Shared Service Center (SSC) transition implementation for our multi-national clients 
  • Evaluate technology, implement and provide business requirements to the tech team, influence and manage people, with the aim of helping our clients take their businesses into the next level
  • Work in a hybrid model while staying in close collaboration with the AGOS team and our customers 

What You Will Be Doing - Primarily:

  • Project Planning & Governance
  • Project Management
  • Develop, monitor and report on implementation roadmap
  • Facilitate fit gap workshops
  • Manage transition process ( knowledge transfer process, training, documentation)
  • Stakeholder engagement and management
  • Monitor stabilisation post transition
  • Gather requirements and design KPI dashboards using Analytics tools   

Job Requirements

​What we would like from you:

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in FSSC or Consulting
  • Process knowledge and expertise in P2P (invoice processing, payment, T&E, MDM), O2C (Billing, Credit Control, Cash App, MDM), and R2R
  • Involvement in finance transformation project is a plus
  • Past experience in transitioning/migrating activities to or from a FSSC 
  • Experience using Oracle ERP is preferred 
  • An overarching desire to develop yourself and move ahead of others
  • Learn fast, think fast and can multitask effectively
  • Deliver, on time in full, either through self or through others
  • See a problem, love it and solve it!
  • Self-starter attitude; able to independently deliver work with minimal supervision 
  • Agile with a can-do mindset in a fluid and fast-paced environment
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • A strong and effective presenter and communicator
  • Ability to manage team and different stakeholders in driving successful completion of projects
  • Professional qualification in Accounting is an added advantage ​
