If so, we want you to join our growing Team to:​

  • Learn and understand Best Practice Finance, Procurement & HR processes, provide process improvements recommendations, and design robust to-be processes
  • Learn how to project manage Shared Service Center (SSC) transition implementation for our multi-national clients
  • Manage evaluation of technology and its providers, implement and provide business requirements to the tech team, influence and manage people, with the aim of helping our clients take their businesses into the next level

What You Will Be Doing - Primarily:

  • Lead end to end RfP process
  • Requirements Gathering from relevant stakeholders
  • Draft RfP document
  • Manage Vendor engagement process
  • Review RfPs and negotiate with vendors and suppliers
  • Manage Stakeholders
  • Project Management for Procurement Shared Services set up

Job Requirements

​What we would like from you:

  • 3-5 years of working experience as a buyer and within Procurement
  • Prior experience in managing a RfP process is a must
  • Experience in purchasing for ERP systems, Procurement Systems, HR Systems
  • Strong research skills
  • Good Analytical skills
  • Ability to negotiate contracts
  • Excellent command of English, both verbal and written
  • A strong and effective presenter and communicator
  • Ability to manage different stakeholders in driving successful completion of projects
