Presentation Technology Consultant (PTC) is responsible for the setup, operation and maintenance of audio visual and video conferencing systems used to conduct in-person, hybrid and remote arbitration hearings at a local and prominent hearing facility in Singapore.
Individuals who are passionate about presentation technology, who are extremely client-focused, self-motivated, react quickly to a changing environment and remain calm under pressure will thrive in this role.
This role will be site-based at our office at Maxwell Chamber's Suites.
What you will Do:
A Presentation Technology Consultant's day-to-day duties and core tasks include:
Set Up and Operation of Audiovisual Equipment & Videoconferencing Systems
The primary job is to install and operate multimedia equipment such as:
- vision systems - display monitors, PTZ camera's, vision distribution and control.
- audio systems - microphones, mixers, speakers.
Work closely with the venue operations team in planning for the setup and daily operation of the hearing rooms.
Engage Customers
While performing on-site work, Presentation Technology Consultants must provide outstanding customer service and develop working relationships with clients.
Provide guidance and mentor newer peers to provide outstanding customer service. It is important to use strong communication as a tool to keep projects on track and put clients and venue management at ease.
Conduct Quality Control Analysis
Oversee and responsible for the video, audio, and signal testing to guarantee clients a high-quality experience. Ensure all connected systems operate at peak performance and should issues arise, troubleshoot and adjust the AV system as required.
Use objective analysis to spot issues and eliminate them before a hearing.
Electronic Equipment Repair
The job may require hands-on tinkering and testing to stay on top of the latest technology models.
Clean and maintain equipment after use and tasked with reporting damage or malfunction to the team.

Skills and Qualifications
Presentation Technology Consultants are enthusiastic individuals who can follow instructions and work well with a team while installing and operating audiovisual systems. We desire candidates with the following:
- Computer skills - Candidates will need to work with various computer technologies and quickly learn new and emerging technologies to debrief the FTI team.
- Troubleshooting - Presentation Technology Consultants will troubleshoot all equipment issues in a timely manner. Successful candidates will strive to exceed expectations.
- Customer service - A successful candidate will interface with clients on-site to make sure their technical and presentation requirements are met. Client must feel confident the PTC is knowledgeable, adaptable and has a 'can do ' attitude.
- Organization skills - A highly organized and proactive candidate will succeed in this role.
