We are looking for bright, energetic and highly motivated individuals to join our growing regional Finance team.
The successful candidate will need to apply strong accounting and taxation knowledge to complete month end close process and assist in statutory audits and tax filings. The candidate will have strong analytic skills to perform analysis on financial information and able to generate accurate management reports to facilitate the data analysis.

The successful candidate will need to apply strong accounting and taxation knowledge to complete month end close process and assist in statutory audits and tax filings. The candidate will have strong analytic skills to perform analysis on financial information and able to generate accurate management reports to facilitate the data analysis.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and/or review month-end close journals for Asia entities.
- Prepare and/or review balance sheet reconciliations and accounting schedules on a monthly basis and income tax computation on quarterly basis.
- Review client's contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition.
- Perform analytical reviews on financial results on a monthly basis.
- Review quarterly financial reporting for the U.S head office.
- Liaise with auditors and tax agents to complete statutory audits and regular tax filings such as GST/VAT, withholding tax, income tax of Asia entities.
- Work with local company secretary to ensure secretarial compliance of Asia entities.
- Assist in maintaining internal controls in compliance with SOX.
- Involve in other ad-hoc duties or projects for the Asia Region as required.
- Respond to enquiries from and provide guidance to the offices in the Asia Region.
Basic Qualifications
- Qualified accountant or degree holder majoring in Accountancy.
- 3 - 6 years of related work experiences.
- MNC and/or Big 4 audit experience is highly preferred.
- High proficiency in Excel (Vlookup, pivot table, etc) and knowledge in Macro would be advantageous.
- Strong analytical and reporting skills, able to handle large volume of data.
- Good written skills in English and communication skills in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
- Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
- Strong accounting and taxation knowledge in Hong Kong, Mainland China, Singapore and other Asian countries would be advantageous.
