
Associate | Marketing & Communications | Hong Kong (1-Year Contract Temp to Perm)
Our Marketing team in Hong Kong enhances and protects the FTI Consulting brand by promoting our people, client successes, community initiatives and leading positions both internally and externally.
The role will specifically support our Asia teams with all Marketing and Business Development activities. In addition, this role will at time also provide support to the wider Marketing and Business Development team responsible for our offices in Asia. It will involve operational, research and administrative support.
The right person will be highly motivated, proactive, approachable, take initiative and be able to work independently.
What You'll Do
- Overall support for the Marketing and Business Development team in Asia providing assistance with Thought leadership, Events, Digital Marketing, CRM, Corporate literature and merchandise
- Assist with the management of the firm's regional website and internal intranet
- Coordinate with production houses, printing companies and vendors on the production of brochures, service sheets, advertisements and related marketing materials
- Responsible for end-to-end event management including client seminars, roundtables, networking events
- Manage online events, including hosting of client and internal webinars
- Support digital marketing campaigns and social media activities
- Arrange the sourcing, ordering and production of merchandise, client gifts; manage the stock level and inventory
- Act as the main contact point between the firm and the vendors
- Responsible for layout, production and printing of promotional flyers, agendas and event packs for projects or events
- Format documents including pitches, marketing documents and biographies and ensure that the final product is aligned with the firm's brand guidelines
- Assist with event production including invitations, RSVPs, logistics and onsite support
- Assist with the on-boarding of new joiners
- Assist in updating and managing the events calendar
- Support the Marketing Team with administrative tasks including invoice processing, postage, image library, filing etc.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Problem solving skills with a high attention to detail
- Excellent communication in English
- Mediation and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adapt to changing circumstances
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Administrative, organization and project management skills
- Ability to function at a high level in both an individual and group setting
- Highly motivated and independent with strong time management skills
- Travel required to FTI office(s).
