Advisory Ace Programma
The KPMG Advisory Ace program is a structured 2-year rotational program for high achieving graduates, spanning across a broad exposure in the Advisory function. You will gain invaluable insights and hands-on experience as you are assigned on a rotational placement in the Advisory function and a one-off placement in the Audit function.* You will work alongside experienced professionals from diverse backgrounds to become the complete KPMG Advisory Ace Consultant.

Throughout the 2-year program, you will undergo rotational placements in (subject to the Firm’s discretion):

IT Enabled Transformation (ITeT)
Information Protection and Business Resilience (IPBR)
Risk Consulting
Internal Audit, Risk and Compliances Services (IARCS)
Accounting Advisory Services (AAS)
Financial Risk Management (FRM)
Governance and Sustainability (G&S)
Forensic (FRS)
Deal Advisory
Corporate Finance (CF)
Corporate Restructuring (CR)
Transaction Services (TS)
A one-off placement in one of the Audit Departments for Accounting and Finance candidates.

Upon completion of the KPMG Advisory Ace program and subject to the review of your performance in all rotations throughout the 2 years, you will be placed in a department befitting your experience and performance.
Responsibilities
As part of each rotation, you are expected to:
- Assist in client’s project delivery.
- Support project manager or work-stream leader in project filing, ensure project compliance with policies & procedures and achieve project KPI’s.
- Business report writing and preparation of presentation slides and sales kit.
- Support the business development team in proposal writing, research & analysis on client business background to support on project requirement and practice development
Eligibility
- Master’s/Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from Actuarial, Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics, Accounting, Finance or Economics (1st Class Honours or CGPA 3.5 and above)
- Excellent leadership qualities
- Enjoy working in teams
- Active involvement in co-curricular activities

Group Interview
You will be invited to the Advisory Ace’s group interview session. At the group interview session, you will undergo a Case Study challenge followed by face to face interview with our panel of Advisory Partners. Once you are successful, you will proceed to the next step.
Offer
Congratulations! You’ve made it! You will receive an official Letter of Appointment for the Advisory Ace programme.
