The Corporate Finance and Restructuring segment of FTI Consulting provides complete support in turnaround and restructuring, transaction advisory services and corporate recovery. Our team has over 30 years global experience working on some of the most high profile restructurings and insolvency cases, including Lehman Brothers and General Motors. Our clients include nearly all of the major global financial institutions, private equity houses, city law firms and many corporates.

Job Responsibilities:
• Complete assigned tasks independently, accurately and on time with regular supervision
• Undertake industry and company research and analysis
• Assist senior staff in managing various strategic procurement, low cost country sourcing and cost optimization engagements originated from the clients based out of the U.S. or Europe
• Assist in other types of performance improvement and business transformation assignments for clients to enhance their business. Being able to provide strong support to project managers in carrying out duties and collating information required
• Perform site visit to target companies or suppliers where necessary
• Actively liaise with different external parties during course of engagements and maintain detailed working paper records reflecting details of relevant correspondence, assumptions, methodologies, and information sources
• Assist with the preparation of draft reports and presentations
• Contribute to company initiatives and team development activities and maintain professional image within or outside the firm
Job Requirements:
• A Bachelor's degree holder in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, Finance or Economics.
• 2-3 years of relevant consulting or corporate experience in strategy, procurement and sourcing, cost optimization, operational management, organizational design or workforce optimization
• Self-motivated, independent, proactive and adaptable to unanticipated challenges
• A good team player with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills
• Highly organized with the ability to complete multi-tasks in a timely manner under pressure
• Eagerness to learn and grow in a consulting environment focusing on procurement, lean production, performance improvement or supply chain
• Ability to work with senior team members and the client in demanding and deadline-driven situations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
• Competent computer skills (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Travel required to clients and to FTI office(s).
