The Graduate Program

As a Capgemini Graduate we will equip you with the necessary business knowledge and skills to take on future responsibilities within our business, to exceed expectations in everything you do and grow into Capgemini’s next generation of leaders.

Our graduate program runs over twelve months during which you will be placed in either one of our internal roles or at client site to participate in business and technology enable transformation programmes. 

Throughout the twelve-month programme, you will have the opportunity to learn firsthand from industry experts and we will develop your skills and knowledge to become an expert. From day one, you will enjoy real responsibilities and make significant contributions to Capgemini’s success.

Depending on the business need and your capability, you may be placed in either one of our service lines

The Ideal Candidate
